This privacy notice for Postkid ("we," "us," or "our"), owned and operated by Doug Dennison, describes how and why we might collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your information when you use our services ("Services").

We process your personal information for the following reasons, depending on how you interact with Postkid:

  • Service Delivery: To provide the LinkedIn content generation and scheduling features of Postkid.
  • Communication: To send you administrative information or marketing communications (where permitted by law).
  • Legal Compliance: To comply with our legal obligations or protect your vital interests.

3. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON? (UK VIEWPOINT)

  • Contractual Necessity: Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you (e.g., providing the Postkid service you paid for).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need for your data, we will either delete or anonymise it.
