Hey Reader, I wasn’t planning on writing about Mailchimp. Then the layoffs happened. Like many people in the email marketing world, I found myself feeling genuinely saddened. Not because of the headlines, but because of the brilliant people affected—many of whom have spent years building a product that shaped our industry.
